We are recruiting a Project Management Officer, APAC
• Responsible for leading and supporting key projects and programs within the APAC commercial organization to certify regional commercial excellence in process, practice and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Commercial Excellence department and implement streamlined workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform process optimization and decision-making.
• Support the development and implementation of commercial excellence strategies and initiatives, such as sales enablement programs, customer segmentation, pricing optimization, and market research.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform project planning.
• Measure and evaluate the impact of commercial excellence initiatives on business performance and make recommendations for optimization.
What you'll do
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify and address potential issues proactively, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Utilize project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma) to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Partner closely with various commercial teams to understand their needs and align project objectives with broader business goals.
• Foster strong working relationships and leverage cross-functional expertise to drive project success.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
• Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.

What you'll decide
• Defining the project by clearly outlining the project’s objectives, deliverables, and constraints.
• Managing detailed project schedules and potential risks to ensure timely completion for quality project outcomes
What you'll need
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial excellence principles and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications are preferred.
