About the role

Key Responsibilities:

As a (Sr. Data Analytics Engineer), you’ll be responsible for:

• Provide deep expertise in advanced analytical skills on data analytics or big data with the integrated physics understanding of HVAC&R system

• Data analytics algorithm, tool and standard work development based on artificial intelligence, machine learning or physics model

• Provide technical guidance to the team members

• Lead to define data analytics tool roadmap based on business needs and technical trends

• Lead the project planning, execution and qualification

• Participate in global multidisciplinary projects, ensuring on-time and high quality deliverables.

• Other work items arranged by supervisor

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• MS or Ph.D. degree in HVAC/R, Software, Applied Math, Statistics, Computer Science or Control Engineering with 5+ years’ experience.

• Fluent English (both written and spoken) and excellent communication skills.

• Fundamental knowledge of HVAC system or mechanics

• Proficiency in data analytics with Python, R, MongoDB, or Matlab

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• MS or Ph.D. in HVAC/R, Software, Applied Math, Statistics, Computer Science or Control Engineering with 8+ years of experience

• Expertise in data analytics tool development for HVAC&R system

• Expertise in coding version control, standard coding practices

• Expertise in Agile development process

• Expertise in Python data analytics packages like Pandas, Sklearn, Keras, PyTorch, TenserFlow

• Solid technical writing, presentation, project management and communication skills

• Strong team leadership skills and an entrepreneurial attitude towards innovation

• Strong project leadership experiences
