About the role

  • Lab resource & test work management

  • System & Components qualification for NPD project

  • Daily affairs of department handling

Key Responsibilities:

As a (System Engineer), you’ll be responsible for:

  • Manage lab daily work of Carrier SRDC CTD team, such as making lab test plan, test resource assignment, 5S management, EHS and TPM.

  • Participating in or support some NPD activities such as unit sample building, systems or components qualification

  • Organize proficiency test plan regularly; prepare equipment for system testing.

  • Confirm operations according to necessary regulations to ensure production quality. Establish validation standards and develop testing protocols.

  • Measure, analyze and calibrate equipment and processes to ensure quality. Document test results and maintains records for later analysis.

  • Coordinate with other departments or personnel such as facilities, EH&S, project engineers who will be affected by testing. Communicate with all internal and out-side departments for test issues.

  • Make sure safety for testing people and facility by following company’s policy

  • Be responsible for various types of equipment maintenance work.

  • Responsible for facility records and evaluation and responsible for daily management.

  • Continue to give efforts on lab management improvement and test efficiency improvement

  • Training and certify all tester

  • Assist department managers in the daily affairs management of CTD team

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree

  • At least 2 years working experience in HVAC/Refrigeration engineering or lab management

  • Good oral/written English is a priority

  • Good personalities: teamwork, preciseness and initiative.
