Software Update (Over the air) was running over Ford VSU(Vehicle Software Update) Platform; This position is an engineering role, be responsible for managing Software update via OTA including OTA execution/OTA Troubleshooting & Triage/OTA Data analysis to meet OTA KPIs.

• Work as Deployment Engineer to manage and update OTA Project Milestone Deliver status by Regularly work.

• Take technical actions via OTA Platform Portal to release software updates for vehicles and monitor status via dashboard .

• Work with OTA Plan team to Create/correct OTA release Plan and Follow up.

• Review Upcoming OTA Content scope for OTA Sequence Order definition by fully understand Feature enablement criteria and software available readiness.

• Co-ordinate with testing team for OTA DV testing

• Perform OTA Validation activities after OTA DV testing to ensure OTA release quality.

• Maintain and Track Defects during OTA Project Milestones with JIRA Tool.

• Host/Support OTA related meeting

• Perform OTA data analytics .

• Expecting to grow up as a leader role to work within entire deployment team.

• Proficient with vehicle software update service and diagnostic update service is better

• Familiar with vehicle ECU programming process.

• knowledge with vehicle bus communication like CAN, Ethernet and bus communication protocol like UDS, DOIP, and basic diagnostic mechanism.

• Fluent communication capability in English and Chinese written and oral) with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms

• With team-work spirit, communication skill, task and work planning skill, and self-motivate

• Experience in automotive operation processes. Experience at OEMs or suppliers for software update testing is better

• PMP Certification is plus
