Emerson Warehouse Operator in Shanghai, China
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manage daily operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping finished goods.
Maintain 5S standards in the finished goods area and perform routine maintenance of related equipment.
Request and manage packaging materials to ensure availability and accurate usage.
Conduct monthly inventory counts to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors to support warehouse operations.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in packing, picking, and loading operations.
Solid understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.
Strong numerical skills to ensure accurate inventory counts and record-keeping.
Forklift operation certification and proficiency in operating forklifts.
High school diploma or equivalent, with basic literacy and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience in a warehouse environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems or software.
Demonstrated ability to improve warehouse efficiency or reduce operational costs.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
