Service Delivery Zone Leader, S&SD
Your role:
Comply with service team goal, mission and vision
optimize the service team management process and complete the transformation of service business model
Lead zone delivery teams to achieve related delivery KPI
Well cooperate and internal support to commercial team, for zone level business AOP achievement
Manage and control the zone level expenses, COO & material cost, etc responsible for IGM AOP achievement
Be responsible for customer satisfaction and relevant quality, legal, and compliance requirements.
Leverage with internal and external resources to lead team to handle tough customer or business issues for customer satisfaction and retention
Be responsible for team people management, Identify / develop talent and lead by example to promote a performance culture.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
At least 5 years of team management experience
Solidly proficient in Project Management or a related discipline
Must understand effects of process on Revenue and IFO
PMI certification preferred
Performance history in meeting objectives
