JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a Drywall Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring drywall surfaces to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. Your duties will include patching holes, repairing cracks, and ensuring a smooth, flawless finish ready for painting or other finishing work. Key Responsibilities: Perform drywall repairs, including patching holes and repairing cracks Smooth and sand surfaces to ensure a seamless finish Prepare drywall for painting or other finishing processes Install and tape new drywall as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and protocols Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction Perform other related duties as assigned Role Requirements: Proven experience in drywall repair or a related field Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Must have reliable transportation to and from work Physical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
