JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Join our vibrant team as a Project Manager within the Contract Manufacturing Services team (CMS) and spearhead the Commercialization Process Flow for diverse projects from initiation through completion. From overseeing product specifications to managing manufacturing site transitions, you\'ll play a pivotal role in bringing projects to successful fruition while adhering to time, cost, and quality alignment. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Commercialization Process Leadership: Manage and lead the Commercialization Process for projects with varying complexity. Oversee the creation of finished product specifications. Supervise the transition of manufacturing sites and trials. Plan projects, considering constraints such as time, cost, and quality standards. Monitor and manage the artwork and claims process through completion. Project Planning and Execution: Manages multiple projects/activities concurrently. Define tasks and resource requirements for delegated projects. Track project budgets. Create project processes and timelines from design to delivery. Project Monitoring and Reporting: Oversee transition of Raw Material suppliers and quality of new suppliers that we engage. Constantly monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders. Anticipate and troubleshoot problems and changes. Prioritize and balance project requirements. Conduct evaluation and \"lessons learned\" on project results and outcomes. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain cordial relationships with clients and team members.
