Aventure Staffing Office Administrator in Sheldon Area, Iowa

Office Administrator | $18/hr.

Mon-Fri, Day shift, Full- Time – Weekends/Overtime possible based on schedule.

Are you a people person? If so, a well-established feed company in the Sheldon IA area is hiring an Office Administrator to join their growing team. As an Office Administrator, you will work both on a team and independently to maintain the daily functions of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Help with budgeting and analyzing financial data.

  • Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

  • Keep accurate records, both digital and paper.

  • Handle office bookkeeping, feed orders, and grain settlements on time.

  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff to help with questions.

  • Establish and complete daily and weekly office procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

  • Experience in business/accounting preferred.

  • Ability to use company, phone, fax, copy machine and other standard office equipment.

  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude.

  • Occasionally exposed to elements, loud noises, equipment, and may require travel between locations.
