Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

This individual will be responsible for performing routine, preventative, breakdown, and installation maintenance. They will perform maintenance throughout the entire facility, including KTP, LAP & foam departments. The facility manufactures seats for both Ford facilities within Louisville. It is crucial to repair equipment within a timely manner to meet deadlines from Ford. The employee will work on the following equipment:

• KTP Seating: C CREW SCHEDULE: C Crew / 2 days & 2 nights split shift *Days = (Fri & Sat 6:00am – 4:30pm) **Nights = (Sun & Mon 6:00pm – 4:30am)

• Electrical Maintenance

• PLC Troubleshooting

• Conveyor Maintenance

• Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems

• Mechanical Maintenance

• 480V Electricity (3 Phase)

• HMI (Human Machine Interface)

• Sensors & Photoeyes

• Fanuc Robotics (not needed, but a plus if they have been around robotics)

• Pumps

This is a fully on-site position in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.

Work Environment

Tier 1 automotive supplier, UAW union plant, Non-Temp Controlled Facility

Shifts: C Crew – Friday & Saturday 6:00am – 4:30pm, Sunday 6:00pm – 4:30am, Monday 6:00pm – 4:30am (.60 shift differential) BE PREPARED, MAY BE 12 HOUR DAYS

Starts @ $30.50/hr. Raise @ 12 months after start date, then every 6 months until they hit 36 months from their start date. Top Out @ $34/hr. @ 36 month
