Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team of Production workers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and manage a team. This role involves overseeing operations, ensuring high-quality standards, and improving production processes.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

• Lead a team of assembly workers.

• Ensure adherence to manufacturing processes and standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints to guide production activities.

• Implement and oversee lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.

• Manage production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Work Environment

The facility is temperature-controlled with music playing over speakers throughout the shift. We provide PPE and tools as needed, including work gloves, protective glasses, and hearing protection. Steel toe shoes are required and must be provided by the employee. Our facility is clean, organized, and has been recently updated. The shift is from 7:00am to 3:30pm with little to no overtime currently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00
