We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Highway Equipment Operator

Siete, Inc is a family-owned heavy civil construction company with extensive experience. We specialize in heavy highway bridge and roadway construction, pile driving, design/build engineering and construction, and heavy civil construction.

Even though our office is headquarter is in Colorado. Siete, Inc. provides heavy civil construction services throughout many states and pride ourselves with consistent standard of excellence. We take great pride in our employees and care greatly for their safety.

Successful candidates will have

• Excavation and Earth Moving Equipment Operator : 5 years preferred
• Knowledgeable in OSHA standards
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb and periodically lift up to 50lbs
• Knowledge of large heavy civil construction projects
• Communication and Interpersonal skills a must
• A high level of motivation and enthusiasm for what we do
• A desire to stay at length within an outstanding Colorado based company

Need to be skilled and experienced in the operation of

• Track hoe
• Loader
• Dozer
• Blade
• Skid steer
• Comparable heavy equipment
• Considerable knowledge of the standard practices, materials, methods, and equipment of construction trades
• Read and interpret plans and specs
• Meet schedules and timelines
• Ability to work safely and productively
• Work cooperatively and collaboratively with others independently with limited direct supervision
• Have basic management skills
• Maintain simple and concise records and prepare accurate reports
