Bookkeeper Opportunity with Excellent Benefits!

Anna Parson at Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented, multitasking Bookkeeper with excellent communications skills to join a dynamic team in a fast paced, high volume environment in Shirley. As the Bookkeeper you will assist the accounting team with full cycle Accounts Payable processing from AP approvals to coding, entering, payments and vendor communications to resolver an issues or discrepancies. You will assist in the month end close by preparing account reconciliations, journal entries, bank reconciliations and expense analyses. You will assist the accounting team with ad hoc projects.

Seeking a Bookkeeper with good Excel skills who can communicate professionally with all levels of the organization including ownership. Opportunity offers Excellent Benefits!

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Bookkeeper role or similar position

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge and experience with Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with Bookkeeping and Bookkeeping Functions

• Experience with Month End Close processes

• Ability to manage General Ledger and Journal Entries

• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
