RICHLAND COUNTY County Safety Coordinator in SIDNEY, Montana
This is Full Time Position. The Safety Coordinator supervises and manages employee safety operations and functions for the County according to departmental policies and applicable rules and laws to promote safe workplaces. Duties include ensuring regulatory compliance by inspecting, investigating safety, and environmental conditions. Duties also include analyzing, developing, and recommending new and improved safety initiatives, procedures, and programs to promote awareness of workplace health and safety throughout the County. The job requires education and experience equivalent to a bachelor?s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Industrial Hygiene. Equivalencies include an associate?s degree with coursework in, safety, industrial hygiene, and/or other related courses and four (4) years of related experience.
