*Job Duties & Responsibilities:* * Direct crew and following company safety procedures * Complete company paperwork with the customer timely & accurately * Compute hourly times, break times, and charges correctly without error * Provide top notch customer service with a smile, using sir or ma\'am * Complete and pass both Military Brothers Moving written and performance Commercial Motor Vehicle tests * Operate Commercial Motor Vehicles safely following or company\'s Standard Operating Procedures * Perform packing for the customer as necessary * Wrap household goods for transit * Lift & carry household goods between residence & vehicle * Perform pre-trip inspections of all aspects of equipment including truck interior, straps, and tensioners, walk-boards, etc. * Make sure Commercial Motor Vehicles are correctly kept following our company\'s Standard Operating Procedures
