Position Summary:

The Behavioral Health Clinical Coordinator will participate in the development and planning of goals and objectives related to psychiatric-mental health care. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, conducting, and evaluating the in-patient service program, staff orientation, performance evaluations, assures compliance with standards, conflict resolution, precepts/mentors staff, and ensures continuing education for nurses, nursing students and other staff; establishes educational policies and procedures; acts as a resource person to staff and leadership; participates in Process Improvement Performance initiatives to improve activities and unit goals; serves on special committees.
