Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry for a Front Desk Coordinator in Silver Spring, Maryland. The workplace will involve handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls and other communications with politeness and professionalism.

• Overseeing and managing the multi-line phone system for efficient communication.

• Executing light administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

• Delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

• Utilizing Microsoft Outlook for various administrative and communication tasks.

• Ensuring proper phone coverage at all times and maintaining phone etiquette.

• Maintaining and updating customer records for future reference. Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook is required

• Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service

• Capable of answering and managing a multi-line phone system effectively

• Must be able to provide comprehensive phone coverage

• Possess excellent phone etiquette

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; no minimum years of experience required in the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industry

• Experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or in a similar role would be a plus but is not mandatory TalentMatch®
