Express Employment Professionals Director of First Impressions in Silverdale, Washington

Overview:  An investment advisory firm specializing in wealth management for pre-retirees and retirees is seeking a highly personable and professional Director of First Impressions to join their team. As the first point of contact for clients, this role is crucial in setting the tone for their experience with the company. JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Greet clients warmly, assist with their inquiries, and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and attentiveness.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks with precision, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist management and team members with office tasks, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  • Provide polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and email, maintaining clear and effective communication at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive, fun, and collaborative office environment, working well with teammates and clients alike.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Prepare client applications and process paperwork with accuracy.
  • Create a "wow" experience for clients through creative thinking and exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • AA Degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience is acceptable.
  • Background in banking, finance, or similar field is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine love for engaging in conversation and building relationships with clients.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a linear, logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient with computers and general office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and be responsive to client and team needs.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role or administrative support is preferred.
  • Ability to type 40 WPM.
  • Ability to occasionally lift/move objects up to 20lbs and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, and the use of sight and hearing.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional errands and training sessions.

Pay: $20-$25/hour DOE

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM *This position is in office and does not have the opportunity for remote work
