Job Description
Ensign-Bickford Aerospace and Defense Company is seeking talented college students to join our 2025 summer internship program. Our 12-week internship program is designed to provide real-world and hands-on experience in areas that interest you! As an intern, you will collaborate with industry experts to solve real-world challenges and change the way we do business.
Electronics Development Engineer Interns will provide electrical project support through:
Design and fabrication of test article instrumentation
Circuit analysis
Harnessing, soldering, testing
PCB design
Electrical database administration
Perform hands-on testing of electronics assemblies in a development lab environment
Participate in environmental and dynamic testing of development, qualification, and production top-level assemblies
Assess and analyze technical risks, then support the creation and execution of risk mitigation plans
Generate technical reports for complex development tests and analyses
As a part of our internship program, your experience will include:

Qualified candidates will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree with Junior standing at the time of application, preferably in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
