The Senior Analyst, Commercial Data & Analytics is data and analytics professional with strong data management and process execution skills that meet business objectives. This role overseeing the development and management related to data collection/ acquisition, prioritizing, and utilization of data related to commercial activities within the organization. The manager plays critical role in bridging gap between the technical and business aspects of data product development.
He/she will report into the Director Regional Business Process.

The responsibilities of this role are as follows:
Leads the generation, curation and the data acquisition process for the data that supports the platform marketing investment.
Attain required expertise in all databases that house data for the sales & marketing platform (SAP, SFDC, PIM, VeeVa are examples)
Attain a thorough knowledge of all BD processes for governing marketing data.
Collaborating closely with cross functional users such as Sales, Marketing. Commercial Excellence and IT to understand data requirements, identifying opportunities to improve data collection process, data quality and analytical capabilities to drive business growth and efficiency.
Partner with TGS for evaluation of innovative technologies and tools for data management and visualization
Ensures quality, reliability & Data Mesh policy compliance.
Responsible for documenting Data Products, business rules and training materials through the Marketplace
Lead / Co lead and acting as subject matter expert for Master Data Management Tool (Tool that house data) implementation initiative
Any other task assigns to support region business project / initiative as assigned.
The Skills and Behaviors required for this role are as follows:
Ability to recognize process improvement opportunities around data generation, entry and curation and elevate those opportunities to data management.
Understanding of data concepts, including data types, structure, and analytics techniques
Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies for data analysis, visualization, and product development
Understanding the methodologies used to manage and execute projects (Agile and Scrum Methodologies)
Ability to complete defined tasks autonomously with diligence and work accuracy.
Powerful sense of personal accountability to achieve goals.
Collaboration:
Works cross-functionally across the organization to ensure user experience of our on-line catalog and other sources of product information is “best in class.”
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather input for the product marketing data.
Work with other data stewards and data governance professionals from other departments and functions within the organization and represent the interests of platform marketing.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, Data Analytics or Technology relevant discipline
Strong experience within a data environment and a clear passion for data
Preferred -- Minimum 5 years of experience managing data assets and/or business/ functional operational knowledge.
Industry experience in biotech, pharma, or health tech/digital health is preferred but not required.
Familiar with technology tool support business/ data management operation (e.g., SAP, Analytics tool, Sales Force, PIM) and Product Management tool (e.g., JIRA) and data pipeline process will be added advantage.
Project Management experience and Six Sigma preferred
Good command of English, and other relevant language preferred (Chinese, Japanese or Korean)
Good teamwork attitude and ability to work with ambiguity.
