Description:

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of 1-15 members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Perform all food preparation, cleaning, and customer service duties as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies to maintain stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling practices.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Contribute to staff scheduling and manage labor costs effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in the quick service or fast-casual industry.
- Strong work ethic and a proven ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Dependable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to obtain necessary food handler certifications within 20 days of hire.
