We proudly offer a full continuum of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing services. Now, we’re looking for an experienced and dedicated RN to join our team and oversee the care of our Assisted Living residents.

Open Position: Assisted Living RN Oversight (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Role Details:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, in-facility presence required.

· Provide RN oversight for Assisted Living residents, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and high-quality care delivery.

· Perform resident assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, and monitor health conditions.

· Administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and address changes in residents’ conditions promptly.

· Collaborate with staff, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

· Document care accurately and participate in quality assurance initiatives.

· Support and mentor, and train staff to maintain a compassionate and effective care environment.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a compassionate, licensed RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents and growing with us.

Requirements:

• Active RN License.

• CPR Certification.

• Mandatory Reporter Certificate for adult abuse.

• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings (including TB and UA tests).
