This Customer Service Representative must be a self-starter/motivated, and focused. The hours for the Customer Service Representative will be Mon-Fri 8a-5p with OT as needed. • Inbound / Outbound Calls
• Greet guests as they enter the facility.
• Data Entry
• Assisting Customers with sales of awards, banners, signage, t shirts, jackets, polos and more
• Answer questions, resolve customer concerns.
• Call Customer when orders are ready for pick up
• Typing orders
