*Steel Construction Foreman - Start ASAP - Benefits From Day 1*

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Foreman to lead our team in Sioux Falls. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction or project management, with a proven ability to oversee operations, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality results. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a commitment to fostering a productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and manage team activities on-site.

• Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding progress and issues.

Hours:

• 7am - 5pm (depending on job-site and project)

Pay:

• $30-$40 an hour (depending on experience)

Skills:

• Experience in a supervisory or foreman role in Construction

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• 5+ years of precast erection experience preferred

• Currently or ability to become certified in: OSHA 10 or 30, OSHA Subpart R Cert, AWS Certification
