Insight Global SAFe Agile Coach in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Job Description

The role involves coaching and mentoring teams and the Agile Release Train (ART) to enhance performance and deliver high business value. Responsibilities include facilitating ART events and processes to align multiple teams with portfolio objectives, managing risks and dependencies, and leading the adoption of lean practices and Scaled Framework. The individual will introduce principles, guide implementation at the division level, and ensure consistency while promoting local optimization and continuous improvement. Additionally, they will serve as a player-coach to upskill Scrum Masters, prepare Product Owners and Managers for Program Increment Planning, and contribute to Communities of Practice across the division and enterprise. This candidate will be compensated based off of experience between $65-85/hr

Skills and Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in Agile coaching and Release Train Engineer (RTE) roles, and managing the Agile Release Train (ART) in agile practices

 Knowledge: Deep understanding of agile methodologies, values, procedures, and Scaled Agile Framework.

 Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills, adaptable to changing priorities and roles.

 Soft Skills: Excellent in communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship building, collaboration, and conflict resolution.

 Technical Skills: experience in Azure DevOps (ADO). Life Insurance background

 SAFe certifications null
