Full job description Requirements:

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow.
• Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.
• Maintenance and improvement of line machinery
• Determine monthly production schedule and coordinate staffing to ensure a balanced supply of product in both local and distribution warehouses.
• Inventory of safety equipment and reorder if necessary
• Inventory of all finished product.
• Inventory of all bottles/buckets/labels
• Manage shipments both incoming and outgoing
• Supervise all distillery employees and communicate daily with management to ensure a safe, comfortable and efficient work environment.
• Monitoring batch, trays, and alginate during run for any inconsistencies.
• Adjustments to manufacturing equipment as necessary during the run.
• Supervising clean up after run of each area.
