This position requires flexibility, the ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills. This position is full time/on-site, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm (Flexibility may be required for business needs). Responsibilities Manage the front lobby and greet external guests. Attention to detail, ability to communicate with all departments effectively. Provide senior leaders with logistics support to arrange meetings, travel, and company events. Ability and willingness to learn new tasks. Assist Executive Assistant as needed. Responsible for packaging, shipping, distributing mails, forwarding calls, updating office postings and bulletin boards.Coordinates special employee events to build team morale. Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast paced and frequently changing work environment. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications This position is full time/on-site, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm (Flexibility may be required for business needs). Minimum of 1-year administrative experience in a professional office setting. Proficient with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Passion to learn new technologies. Ability to manage challenges and interact positively with all employees. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills. Maintain discretion with confidential information.
