Do you enjoy consolidating financial data and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Global Finance Business Partner O2C . In this role, you will provide support to the functional departments within your scope of responsibility, particularly in controlling, as part of the GBS FIN Team in Germany .

Your tasks and responsibilities as a member of the Financial Team:

• You will be a trusted advisor to the international BL management team on all business aspects, ensuring meaningful reporting for all partners and supporting business decisions with the calculation of business cases

• Together with BL Management, you will define strategic multi-year business plans , set goals for the countries independently, and challenge the countries' business performance in regular business reviews

• You will coordinate the budget planning and forecast process for the business line in collaboration with the business line management , considering global planning assumptions and all other applicable guidelines. This will involve regular contact with the GBS Finance teams in various countries

• You will regularly prepare and present management reports to the BL and service line management regarding financials, product profitability, productivity, and ad-hoc requests, including an assessment of risks, opportunities and necessary actions

• In close cooperation with our CRM team , you will independently provide customer reports, oversee global costing & pricing, and assess the feasibility of value flows and business models

• Within the global business community of GBS, you will continuously participate in projects to optimize business processes through innovation, standardization, automation, and digitalization

• You will lead international business programs, projects, and initiatives, promoting local implementation (e.g. productivity projects, benchmarking projects, etc.)

Already intrigued? Here's what you should bring to the table for a successful application:

• Higher education in Business Administration or a comparable

• Several years of relevant experience in controlling , ideally at an industrial or technology company

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is a must

• SAP applications (especially FocuS/4) as well as Siemens-specific applications and analytics tools (e.g., SMART, Dashes) are an advantage

• Knowledge of modern data analytics and data visualization tools (Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME, etc.) are an advantage

• A solid understanding of the business process for global reporting based on ESPRIT, including knowledge of consolidation topics.

• Proven analytical skills, dedication, results-oriented focus, confident demeanor, and assertiveness

• Proficiency in written and spoken English ; German is a plus. Excellent presentation skills and comfort in personal dealings with higher management
