The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team are at the forefront of strategic decision making providing impactful analysis and insight for senior leaders. Sr Finance Coordinator (FP&A)

Main Duties include:

• Prepares analyses for consolidated reports on revenue, costs, utilization and turnover.

• Compiles, analyzes and reports financial data across different segments of the business and ensures data integrity in all reporting activities.

• Researches and resolves general inquires and data issues.

• Completes month-end related activities.

• Supports the forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned business units and/or functional areas.

• Collaborates with different teams across the organization.

• Makes recommendations for process improvements.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.

• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 1+ years).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Good level of skill in Microsoft Office programs.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Confidence to handle sensitive information and data effectively.

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results.

• Good written and oral communications skills.

• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Detail oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.

• Working knowledge of accounting/financial principles.
