Leap PT Seasonal Operations Associate: Nadine Merabi in SoHo, New York

Our store teams are the heart of Leap (https://www.leapinc.com/) and we need to find the best and brightest team to be the face of our Nadina Merabi store in SoHo. We are seeking Part-Time Seasonal Associates who are eager to elevate and optimize the store and customer experience through operational excellence . All seasonal associates will need to be available for the entire length of the seasonal contract starting 11/1/24 through 1/11/25 and be willing to work majority of the holidays.

The Leap platform launches and operates insight-driven retail stores for modern brands with better performance and less risk. Among the trailblazing brands we work with are: Grown Brilliance, Frankies Bikinis, Malbon Golf, ThirdLove, True Classic Tees and many more. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Contribute to the initiatives of the leadership team that include but are not limited to: team engagement, customer experience, and store performance.

  • Provide support to customers as needed, including locating products, starting fitting rooms, and answering questions.

  • Participate in general store maintenance; cleanliness & upkeep of sales floor, stock rooms.

  • Support other LEAP powered brands in the market/cluster for new store openings.

  • Embrace learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc.; experience with Shopify, Slack, Google Office is a plus.

  • Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business; including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • One or more years of customer service  and/or retail experience.

  • Comfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs.

  • Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.

    I nventory Management:

  • Assist in unloading shipments and ensuring that the correct products are received + processed according to packing lists.

  • Inspect product levels, check for damages and report discrepancies to leadership.

  • Efficiently replenishes the sales floor and display areas with merchandise according to store guidelines.

  • Assist with store physical inventory count, and cycle counts on an as needed basis to help track stock levels.

  • Ensure all products are labeled correctly and are easily accessible 

  • Perform merchandise markdowns and RTB’s (return to brand) according to LEAP + brand protocol

    Salary Range: $18/hr. - $20/hr.
