Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Pay: $16.00/HR

Shift: 1st 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Typical Day:

• Start each day with a team meeting and go over weekly goals/quotas

• Will be assigned a work order for the day

• Will utilize microscopes and hand tools to complete coating work - 50% of the work will need a microscope to be completed. Coating is the process of dropping a protective solution on small electronic components and PCBs.

• Will perform a variety of light assembly tasks such as wire stripping, sanding, bonding, etching, stamping, etc.

• Will use basic work instructions to complete assignments

• Will utilize a computer to input production data

• Will perform visual inspections of finished work to ensure accuracy

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Solon, Ohio.
