Ferag America is seeking Mechanical Engineering Manager (Somerset, NJ), Duties incl: Ensure excel client services of co. products, services, & systems by managing, growing, & motivating a team of mech/engr client specialists who themselves will install complex co. equip & systems at client sites throughout the US. Formulate, maintain, & implement systems & processes that will allow co. to best transact w/its many corp clients regarding co. complex, proprietary conveyor products. Reqs budgetary & reporting duties while ensuring compliance w/OSHA regs, ISO standards, & co. protocols. Must be deeply familiar w/co. proprietary products, services, & systems w/exceptional mech engrg exp in order to troubleshoot & problem-solve issues as they arise while overseeing the drafting & publishing of internal tech instructions for installation, commissioning, &maintenance of co. proprietary products, services, & systems. Reqs the review, revision, negotiating, & approval of complex client contracts in connection w/co. proprietary products, services, & systems to assist the co. meet its sales & installation targets while ensuring co. delivers great products & services to its corp clients throughout the US.
