Job Title: Production Lead

Job Description

Maintains a safe working environment and helps to improve overall safety culture. Drives compliance to all safety and quality programs. Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings. Ensure that the facility complies with all internal and external standards. Achieve department production goals, cost objectives, and KPIs. Ensure that all products meet quality standards. Recognize nonconforming parts. Work with the manufacturing team to improve overall quality. Lead and promote continuous improvement initiatives including engaging and training employees. Determine the root cause of manufacturing issues and develop corrective actions. Determine the root cause of safety incidents, complete investigations and follow up actions. Document coaching conversations with individuals and/or team members.

This is a fully on-site position in South Beloit, Illinois.

Work Environment

Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm, Every other Friday 5am-1pm, Will be hot in the summer
