Job Title: MIG Welder
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder who will be responsible for all fabrication work related to the R&D department. This role involves prototyping new builds for production, performing MIG/TIG welding on aluminum, fabricating brackets, and following blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications.
Responsibilities
Perform all fabrication work for the R&D department.
Prototype new builds for production.
Conduct MIG/TIG welding on aluminum.
Fabricate brackets.
Follow blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in MIG welding.
Proficiency in TIG welding.
Experience with aluminum welding (minimum of 2 years).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience in setting up and operating welding equipment.
Work Environment
Work schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Bend, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
