Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Establish a team culture that demands a high degree of accountability, values innovation, fosters team collaboration and performance, and exhibits high commitment to team and product objectives with a focus on quality.
• Lead the team to deliveragainst agile plansand demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and efficiencies.
• Oversee a software development team including software requirements, design, coding and verification testing.
• Drive resolution of technology roadblocks including code, infrastructure, build and deployment.
• Have a clear understanding of customer needs and how they align or conflict with business goals and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with Product Management leadership to help define technical requirements and design clarity based on customer/ business requirements.
• Proactively collaborate with colleagues in Product Strategy, Quality Assurance, Documentation, Quality and Regulatory and Technology Solutions to deliver on the product roadmap.
• Outline and execute product release plans ensuring timeliness of deliverables and regular communication of status to stakeholders.
• Keep current on industry standards and technologies and understand how/when/if to implement them into the Companys product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality system and security requirements.
• Contribute to high-level strategic planning decisions with product, engineering, and executive teams .
