About the Role We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT team and provide comprehensive, company-wide support. You will design and manage both internal and cloud-based systems, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and mentor junior IT staff. This is a full-time position with flexible options for office, hybrid, or remote work, with occasional travel. You Will: Utilize software and platforms such as Microsoft 365, SQL, Intune, Azure (IAAS and PAAS), SharePoint, and Teams. Oversee system and network administration, including Active Directory (Hybrid Entra ID), Group Policy, Entra ID, information security, switching, VPNs, and hypervisors. Support storage technologies (on-premise and cloud) while enhancing information security with Microsoft solutions. Ensure robust disaster recovery and incident response capabilities. You Have: 7+ years of experience in an enterprise IT environment, with hands-on expertise in designing innovative and scalable solutions. Proven ability to independently manage projects from initiation to completion. Experience with cloud and virtualization technologies. Experience managing and integrating APIs and SaaS applications. Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting technologies. Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $125,000 - $140,000+. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually.
