Description

We are excited to be partnering with a highly regarded law firm located in the South Metro to find an experienced Civil Municipal Attorney (3-6+ years). This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney from private practice or a city attorney background looking to work with a top firm serving a diverse range of local government clients.

Responsibilities:

• Advise municipal clients on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, zoning, labor and employment, and civil litigation.

• Draft and review ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and other legal documents.

• Attend and provide legal counsel at city meetings, including council sessions.

• Manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with clients on legal solutions.

  Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in municipal law, ideally from private practice or as a city attorney.

• In-depth knowledge of municipal law, including zoning, contracts, real estate, and litigation.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
