Yes You Can Home Help Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations. This role ensures efficiency and implements organizational strategies, playing a crucial part in the seamless functioning of  programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operations with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage budgets, resources, and logistics to support program initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

•   Demonstrated expertise in optimizing processes, implementing strategies, and managing  dayto-day operations. Experience in program management is beneficial.
