Job Summary

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of our physical security operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional business acumen, and a deep understanding of the security industry.

Core Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee daily operations of the physical security division, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, addressing any issues promptly.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and address any concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and client expansion.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development programs to ensure a skilled and capable workforce.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for financial efficiency.

Sales and Business Development:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the client base and revenue.
