Are you looking for an immediate contract opportunity in accounting? We have an exciting opening for an Accounting Clerk in the Spokane, WA area, and we’re looking for someone with strong data entry skills and a background in accounting to help support our client’s finance team!

As a staffing firm dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with leading organizations, we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to assist with general accounting duties in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions.

• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end procedures.

• Support the accounts payable and receivable functions as needed.

• Ensure all financial data is accurately entered and up-to-date in accounting software.

• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.

• Assist with other accounting tasks and ad-hoc projects as required.

  Requirements

Degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred but not required).

• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with QuickBooks is a plus).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role is a plus.
