We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Spokane Valley, Washington. This role operates within the financial services industry and requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including processing financial transactions, managing customer accounts, and handling administrative duties.

This is an immediate, contract or contract-to-hire opportunity in Spokane. This is an on-site opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Keeping track of ongoing projects to ensure deadlines are met

• Management of customer accounts, including handling of cash activities and billing functions

• Regularly providing financial reports and key performance indicators (KPI)

• Handling of change orders in accounting software systems

• Ensuring accurate customer credit records are maintained

• Supporting the collections process and accounts receivable functions

• Assisting with tax preparation tasks

• Overseeing payroll, including managing hours and processing health deductions

• Handling of some human resources responsibilities, including receiving new employee paperwork.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Must have experience with ADP - Financial Services.

• Familiarity with CRM is essential.

• Knowledge of Epic Software is necessary.

• Prior experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial.

• Must be adept in performing Accounting Functions.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

• Proficiency in Billing Functions is crucial.

• Must have experience with Cash Activity.

• Experience in Cash Handling is required.
