SUMMARY Responsible for providing customer service and clerical support to assist service team in supporting existing accounts and soliciting new business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepares insurance binders; * Inputs applications and creates letters, and other forms of correspondence; * Analyzes certificate requests, including review of contracts for insurance compliance when required, to ensure certificates are issued correctly and coverage gaps are addressed with AE/AM involvement; * Assists clients with day-to-day service needs including assistance with claims at direction of the AE/AM; * Participates in the claims process as necessary; * Reviews endorsements and audits for accuracy, communicates deficiencies to carrier and/or service team; * Generates auto ID cards; * Assembles policies (printing policies, organizing paper policies in logical order, assembling in binder, etc.); * Submits change requests to carriers; * Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information); * Other duties as assigned.
