Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a fast-paced and growing organization. This position plays a critical role in supporting high-volume accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire accounts receivable process for the organization and its subsidiaries.

• Prepare and issue an average of 1800 invoices each month, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.

• Process payments and handle reconciliation to ensure accounts remain up to date.

• Record journal entries as necessary to support AR activities.

• Manage credit card and ACH transactions, ensuring proper processing.

• Organize and maintain the AR-related email communications.

• Handle the processing of refunds, chargebacks, and credit/debit memos.

• Administer bank deposits and lockbox management for all subsidiaries.

• Assist in cash application and posting functions as required.

• Prepare and distribute customer statements regularly.

• Aid in collections efforts, escalating issues as needed, including sending demand letters.

• Generate and review aging reports, collaborating with the General Manager to address overdue items.

• Foster and manage relationships with vendors as part of AR operations.

SALARY RANGE: $23.00 - $28.00 DOE

  Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in full-cycle accounts receivable or similar financial roles, particularly in high-volume environments.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large transaction volumes.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage relationships and correspondence effectively.

• Experience with payment applications, reconciliations, and high-volume billing systems.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all AR-related tasks.

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset when addressing challenges.
