Job Title: Carpenter

Job Description

Utilize your carpentry skills to complete remodel commercial projects. Most work will involve finish carpentry and some framing. You will also be responsible for site clean-up and light demolition work. Utilize general carpentry tools, including a hammer, tape measure, square, drills, hand saws, etc. We are hiring for both lead and general carpentry positions.

Responsibilities

  • Complete remodel commercial projects using carpentry skills.

  • Perform finish carpentry and some framing work.

  • Handle site clean-up and light demolition work.

  • Utilize general carpentry tools including hammer, tape measure, square, drills, and hand saws.

  • Run a small crew if hired for a lead position.

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in construction.

  • Proficiency in carpentry, framing, and finish carpentry.

  • Ability to perform all phases of construction, including light demolition, framing, and finish work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience running a small crew is a plus for lead positions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
