• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexibility available). Potential for emergency on-call as needed.

What You’ll Do

Keep the Systems Running: Perform maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire/life safety systems.

Hit the Road: Travel between facilities to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Get Hands-On: Inspect, clean, calibrate, and adjust equipment to maintain peak performance.

Stay Organized: Record readings, track inventory, and manage tools and instruments.

Be the Hero: Respond quickly to emergencies, ensuring safety and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building interiors and exteriors, including flooring, fixtures, and lighting.

• Operate and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Collaborate with management by providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.

• Learn and utilize advanced systems, including building automation and fire/life safety systems.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems (not residential).

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Working knowledge of computer applications like Word and Excel.

• Valid driver’s license.

Bonus Points:

• EPA 608 Universal Certification.

• Trade school education in electrical systems, HVAC, or refrigeration.

• 4+ years of technical expertise in packaged HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 feet.

On-call duties and overtime may be required.

Pay Details: $34.09 per hour
