Responsibilities:

• Install scenic background, desks, & monitors for television studio

• Using hand or electric tools to fabricate, cut, and install framework

• Reading and understanding blueprints and drawings

• Assemble, place, and reinforce fixtures and racking systems

• Millwright assembly and trim work

Qualifications:

• Five plus years of Finish commercial carpentry experience

• Strong knowledge of reading blueprints, installing fixtures, and mounting media devices such as TV's and cameras

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site

• Basic math skills addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly

• Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds in order to load and unload wood and other materials as well as carry needed tools and materials to and from the jobsite.
