Members of our Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) work alongside key firm leadership in the management of transformational projects. Our ETO is seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Transformation Senior to work with Moss Adams (MA) transformation project teams. We are looking for a dynamic individual with professional experience in business analysis, consulting, and/or change management with a passion for transformational change and strong critical thinking skills to address complex business challenges and drive solutions that support organizational transformation.
This role combines expertise in business analysis and change management. As a Transformation Senior, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategic objectives into actionable project deliverables. You will partner with transformation and change managers and teams to apply project and change management tools and best practices, create communications for stakeholders (including senior leaders), facilitate and document requirements and processes, measure and analyze data, and translate solutioning input into deliverables. Additionally, you will create and execute change management readiness and adoption tactics to foster adoption of key initiatives. Strong critical thinking, communication and presentation skills, capability to listen and influence, and a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into project deliverables in support of transformation and change management initiatives are musts.

Responsibilities:
Partner with key project stakeholders to document content for and facilitate project deliverables
Apply and educate others on project management approach, tools, and processes to support core project management duties throughout all phase of the project lifecycle, and lead defined workstreams
Partner with key stakeholders to develop and maintain detailed project plans
Manage calculation and documentation of each project’s ROI
Provide continuous assessment and communication of work progress while identifying and surfacing potential issues and risks
Draft content for transformation communications in partnership with MA communications team
Communicate with ETO leaders in a consistent cadence to stay closely aligned on the status of ongoing projects
Be accountable for timely delivery and execution of day-to-day ETO deliverables
Identify opportunities for ETO delivery optimization by consistently reviewing operational processes
Lead team/project meetings by creating agendas, facilitating conversation, and meeting objectives
May provide guidance to ETO Specialist on workload, prioritization, and project management methodology
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Business or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to others
Organizational and project management skills with ability to own and drive project schedules from start to finish
Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service
Experience creating detailed reports and facilitating presentations and meetings
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
May require some overtime hours
