Job Title: Welder and Fabricator

Location: Spokane, Washington

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Job Description: We are looking for a talented Welder and Fabricator to join our team. The role involves welding and fabricating steel components for large industrial machinery. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, cutting and fitting parts, and utilizing FCAW and GMAW welding techniques to produce high-quality fabrications.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately.

• Cut and fit steel parts according to design specifications.

• Perform welding using FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) processes.

• Execute 4G wire feed welding.

• Conduct precise fabrication and fillet welds.

• Follow detailed drawings and blueprints to complete projects.

• Lift and carry 50-75 lbs. as necessary for the job.

• Perform wire feed welding in all positions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in MIG and wire feed welding.

• Ability to work 10-hour shifts.

• Physical capability to lift 50-75 lbs. regularly.

• Strong fitting skills with a keen eye for detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
