Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the installation team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders and inventory management.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians on best practices and technical skills.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless operations and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technician in commercial settings, with a strong emphasis on FIRE, SECURITY, CCTV and ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints and utilizing Gant Charts.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Military experience is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of field service operations is advantageous.
• NICET CERTIFICATION is strongly preferred; however, we will pay for training of the right candidate.
