Hanson Professional Services Inc. 2025 Learning and Development Internship in Springfield, Illinois
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of learning and development, working closely with our experienced professionals to support various training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing training programs and materials.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Research best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
Assign courses and generate reports in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Evaluate training program effectiveness through surveys and feedback analysis.
Prepare communications and organize schedules for the 10-week summer internship program.
Collaborate on special projects and initiatives with team members.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Strong interest in learning and development, with a desire to build a career in this field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the desire to help manage the LMS.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The salary range for this position is $21 - $24 per hour.
